The War on Christians: The Rising Genocide

The War on Christians: The Rising Genocide—Newsweek Powerfully Weighs In

The grim news has been unrelenting.  Every week I read stories on the persecuted church around the world. But most of us never hear these stories because they rarely make it into the mainstream media. Continue reading

C. S. Lewis on “rituals”

C. S. Lewis on “rituals”

When the mind becomes more capable of abstraction and analysis this old unity (between rituals and God) breaks up. And no sooner is it possible to distinguish the rite from the vision of God than there is a danger of the rite becoming a substitute for, and a rival to, God Himself. Once it can be thought of separately, it will; and it may then take on a rebellious, cancerous life of its own.(C. S Lewis, Reflections on the Psalms)

Tears of the Elderly

Tears of the Elderly

In the Name of Jesus, we ask everybody to honor the elderly. Please gave them love, compassion and help. Do not leave them alone.  Visit them in their senior homes.

Also, please do not let your parents alone in their homes for a long time.  Thanks to them and through them the Lord gave you life. Treat them with dignity and respect.

Wiping every tear off their eyes is a guarantee for a life-long blessing of health and prosperity

“Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise) (Ephesians 6:2)

Can these bones live?

Can these bones live?

1 The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. 2 He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. 3 He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”

I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.” Continue reading

Lion of the tribe of Judah

Lion of the tribe of Judah

And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. (Rev 5: 5)

Do not say, ‘I am only a youth

Do not say, ‘I am only a youth

But the Lord said to me,

“Do not say, ‘I am only a youth’;
for to all to whom I send you, you shall go,
and whatever I command you, you shall speak.
Do not be afraid of them,
for I am with you to deliver you,
declares the Lord.”

Then the Lord put out his hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said to me,

“Behold, I have put my words in your mouth.
See, I have set you this day over nations and over kingdoms,
to pluck up and to break down,
to destroy and to overthrow,
to build and to plant.”

(Jeremiah 1:7-10)

Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.

(1 Timothy 4:12)
